GRANT VILLENEUVE
My name is Grant Villeneuve, I am 31 years old and an Atherton native. I am a homeowner in Pacific Heights, San Francisco, an avid surfer, athlete and a dedicated residential REALTOR® aligned with Villeneuve Properties | Intero Real Estate. I split my time between San Francisco and Atherton and am a fourth generation Bay Area local and a second generation local realtor. To me there is nothing better than handing over the keys to one of my buyers or bringing in an excellent offer to one of my sellers.
Born and raised in Atherton, I attended Sacred Heart Preparatory, Deerfield Academy and Brown University. My experiences growing up as a local has given me a unique knowledge, appreciation and extremely intimate understanding of Bay Area Real Estate. Now as an established Real Estate Professional with a unique approach, I am well known for the attention I give to each transaction and the customer service I provide.
As part of a top 1% team, I feel I am in a unique position to provide my client's with a custom boutique service. I am extremely hands on, transparent and honest and negotiate to the last penny on behalf of my buyers and sellers. As a top producing agent nationally, my clients are able to leverage my full service approach and take advantage of my extensive local network of real estate professionals.

Julia Villeneuve
Julia joined Villeneuve Properties after being Head of Real Estate at Zeus Living where she built the Real Estate strategy ground up from 2016-2020 resulting in 3x growth year over year as well as built and scaled a Real Estate team across six major cities in the U.S. Prior to her professional life, she graduated from Deerfield Academy and Cum Laude from Connecticut College where she was an NCAA All American swimmer. She enjoys the bounty that California offers and spends her free time trying new recipes with seasonal produce, yoga, the coast and reading. Her unique real estate experience, negotiation skills and human interconnectedness makes her an agent you will be excited to work with.
Denise Villeneuve
Denise has lived and worked on the San Francisco Peninsula since 1995 and has personally represented sellers or buyers in hundreds of successful real estate transactions. Core markets include Atherton, Menlo Park, Woodside, and Portola Valley. In addition, she and her sales and operations team have completed many successful transactions across the greater Bay Area from San Francisco to Silicon Valley. Denise's clients leverage her extensive experience, network, intensive negotiating skills, wide-reaching marketing plan, creative problem-solving skills, and amazing organizational skills to get you the best possible price.

She has been an active community volunteer with the Boys and Girls Club, Vintage Affair, and numerous parent associations and boards. She previously worked for Cashin Real Estate – Menlo Park and Coldwell Banker - Menlo Park as a residential real estate agent and transferred to Intero Real Estate Services in Menlo Park.
