GRANT VILLENEUVE

Grant Villeneuve is a fourth-generation Bay Area local and second-generation REALTOR®, splitting time between San Francisco and his hometown of Atherton. A family man, avid surfer, and athlete, he brings a hands-on, honest approach to real estate through Villeneuve Properties | Intero Real Estate.

With deep roots in the area and a background that includes Sacred Heart Prep, Deerfield Academy, and Brown University, Grant offers clients unmatched local knowledge and a no-nonsense style. He's part of a top 1% producing team, known for sharp negotiation skills, off-market buyer strategies, and high-level marketing—his listings have even landed in the Wall Street Journal’s “House of the Day.”

Grant works alongside his wife, Julia, and together they’ve built a boutique real estate experience focused on transparency, trust, and results. Grant and Julia live in the outer sunset with their two kids.

Julia Villeneuve

Julia joined Villeneuve Properties after being Head of Real Estate at Zeus Living where she built the Real Estate strategy ground up from 2016-2020 resulting in 3x growth year over year as well as built and scaled a Real Estate team across six major cities in the U.S. Prior to her professional life, she graduated from Deerfield Academy and Cum Laude from Connecticut College where she was an NCAA All American swimmer. She enjoys the bounty that California offers and spends her free time trying new recipes with seasonal produce, yoga, the coast and reading. Her unique real estate experience, negotiation skills and human interconnectedness makes her an agent you will be excited to work with. Grant and Julia live in the Outer Sunset with their two kids.
